Glaceon Legends: Arceus Guide
In Legends: Arceus, Glaceon has a 525 base stat total and ranks as B-Tier: a solid option in Legends: Arceus for the right team. It works best as a wallbreaker. Freezedry with Nevermeltice is the standard set.
In Legends: Arceus, watch for Infernape (Fire), Machamp (Fighting), and Aerodactyl (Rock) when using Glaceon. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Steel-type attackers are also a problem.
Snow Cloak increases evasion to 1.25× during hail. That's the one you want on Glaceon. Ice Body is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
In Legends: Arceus, Glaceon fills the wallbreaker role. It's a mixed attacker with base 60 Attack and 130 Sp. Atk. At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
In Legends: Arceus, run Freezedry, Blizzard, Hail, and Ice Shard on Glaceon. Freezedry is the most common pick at 0% usage. Blizzard provides reliable STAB damage.
Game Availability
Glaceon has been available in 14 games since Diamond & Pearl, though obtaining it requires an item-based evolution. This extra step makes it less common than Pokemon found through standard wild encounters.
