Cradily Ruby & Sapphire Guide
In Ruby & Sapphire, Storm Drain changes the entire equation for Cradily. The 495 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as a support. Recover with Leftovers is the standard set.
Suction Cups is the go-to ability for Cradily. It prevents being forced out of battle by other Pokémon's moves. It's Cradily's only ability.
Base 43 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Cradily is a mixed attacker with base 81 Attack and 81 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a support.
For Ruby & Sapphire, the core moveset is Recover, Rest, Toxic, and Earthquake. Recover leads at 0% usage. This set covers the support role with a mix of damage and utility.
