In Legends: Z-A, Patrat evolves into Watchog at level 20. Watchog is the fully evolved form. It sits at 420 BST in its evolved form.
For Legends: Z-A, it depends on your team. Watchog at 420 BST isn't a powerhouse, but the Normal coverage might be exactly what you're missing.
For Legends: Z-A, we rate Watchog C-Tier: a niche pick in Legends: Z-A's meta. At 420 BST, the stats are spread pretty evenly. Knock Off with Choice Band is the standard set.
