Stats & Training
Suicune's built to absorb hits, not race for knockouts. Balanced defenses with Defense doing the heavy lifting. And the slow 1.25M XP grind means it won't take forever to bring up, worth 3 Defense and Sp. Def EVs.
Suicune embodies the compassion of a pure spring of water. It runs across the land with gracefulness. This Pokémon has the power to purify dirty water.

How to Get Suicune in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
Suicune Guide
For the Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire meta, At 580 BST, Suicune is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Legendary Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as a support. Ice Beam with Sitrus Berry is the standard set.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, watch for Raikou (Electric) and Venusaur (Grass) when using Suicune. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 2 weaknesses means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Suicune has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Pressure increases the PP cost of moves targetting the Pokémon by one. That's the one you want on Suicune. Inner Focus is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Suicune is a special attacker with base 90 Sp. Atk. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 85 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. Fits the support role.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, run Ice Beam, Tailwind, Protect, and Hydro Pump on Suicune. Ice Beam is the most common pick at 18% usage. This set covers the support role with a mix of damage and utility.
