Skiddo's stats barely vary. None sit in respectable range with no real gaps. It's a blank slate for EV investment. Worth 1 HP EV, medium-fast 1M XP curve to max.
Thought to be one of the first Pokémon to live in harmony with humans, it has a placid disposition.
If it has sunshine and water, it doesn’t need to eat, because it can generate energy from the leaves on its back.

Skiddo Guide
In X & Y, Skiddo isn't fully evolved, so it's not built for competitive play. You'll want to evolve it into Gogoat to unlock its full potential. At 350 BST, it's a stepping stone rather than a team anchor.
In X & Y, Run Sap Sipper on Skiddo. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Skiddo also gets Grass Pelt, but they don't compare.
In X & Y, Skiddo fills the balanced role. It's leaning toward the physical side (base 65 Attack). At base 52 Speed, it won't be moving first often.
In X & Y, Skiddo does the job early-game if you need a Grass type on your team. Evolve it into Gogoat before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
