  • Get Rattata to Raticate at level 20. At 253 BST, Rattata is just the starting point.

  • Level 20 gets you Raticate. Quick enough that Rattata barely slows you down.

  • For Emerald, you can run Rattata through the first few routes without issues. 253 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Raticate as fast as you can.
