Mienfoo Guide
Mienfoo is meant to evolve into Mienshao. At 350 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
Regenerator is what you want on Mienfoo. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Inner Focus, Reckless) work on paper but Regenerator is what makes Mienfoo worth using.
At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Mienfoo is a physical attacker with base 85 Attack. Defensively? Fragile, can't afford to take many hits.
For Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, you can run Mienfoo through the first few routes without issues. 350 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Mienshao as fast as you can.
Game Availability
Mienfoo joined the series in Black & White and has been available in 8 titles so far. With 6 generations of appearances, it's established itself despite the later start.
