It excels at violent, no-holds-barred battles. The temperature of the flames that issue from its navel exceeds 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit.
Incineroar’s rough and aggressive behavior is its most notable trait, but the way it helps out small Pokémon shows that it has a kind side as well.

Incineroar's Fire/Dark typing leaves it vulnerable to Water, Fighting, Ground, and Rock. It shrugs off Psychic-type attacks completely. With 6 resistances, the defensive profile is strong.

How to Get Incineroar in Scarlet & Violet
Incineroar isn't available in the wild in Scarlet & Violet. Start by transferring Litten from Sun or Ultra Sun. The evolution path from Litten to Incineroar is covered in the steps below.
Incineroar Guide
In Scarlet & Violet, Intimidate changes the entire equation for Incineroar. The 530 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked S-Tier as a wallbreaker. Fakeout with Safetygoggles is the standard set.
Intimidate is what you want on Incineroar. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Blaze) work on paper but Intimidate is what makes Incineroar worth using.
At base 60 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Incineroar is a physical attacker with base 115 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a wallbreaker.
For Scarlet & Violet, Incineroar has answers, but so do you. Status moves (Toxic, Will-O-Wisp) wear it down. Setup sweepers can use it as a boost opportunity. Special attackers bypass its physical bulk.
