  • In FireRed & LeafGreen, watch for Blaziken (Fire), Dodrio (Flying), and Gardevoir (Psychic) when using Dustox. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Rock-type attackers are also a problem.

  • In FireRed & LeafGreen, Cascoon evolves into Dustox at level 10. Dustox is the final evolution in a 5-stage line starting from Wurmple.

  • In FireRed & LeafGreen, Dustox has niche appeal at best. 385 base stats means you're fighting uphill by mid-game. There are better Bug/Poison Pokemon available.
