Stats & Training
Conkeldurr's all-in on Attack at the expense of Speed. The physical lean is obvious from the bars. Yields 3 Attack EVs and follows a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
Rather than rely on force, they master moves that utilize the centrifugal force of spinning concrete.

Conkeldurr Weakness
Type-wise, Conkeldurr takes extra damage from Flying and Psychic. Its Fighting typing keeps the defensive matchups simple. Conkeldurr's physical bulk (base 95 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Flying, Psychic |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Bug, Rock, Dark |
- Fairy type does not exist — Dragon has fewer checks
- Physical / Special split now per-move (introduced Gen IV)

Conkeldurr Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Don't let Conkeldurr's 505 base stat total fool you. Sheer Force is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it B-Tier as a wallbreaker. Drain Punch with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Black 2 & White 2, Run Sheer Force on Conkeldurr. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Conkeldurr also gets Guts and Iron Fist, but they don't compare.
In Black 2 & White 2, Conkeldurr fills the wallbreaker role. It's a physical attacker with base 140 Attack. Base 45 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
For Black 2 & White 2, the core moveset is Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Icepunch, and Thunderpunch. Drain Punch leads at 23% usage. This set covers the wallbreaker role with a mix of damage and utility.
