Cinccino Weakness
Fighting moves hit Cinccino for super-effective damage. The upside? Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. At base 115 Speed, Cinccino outspeeds most threats and doesn't need to tank what it can outrun.

How to Get Cinccino in X & Y
No wild encounters for Cinccino in X & Y. Bring Minccino over from Black, Black 2, or Sword, then level through the stages. Each step in the chain is laid out below.
Cinccino Guide
In X & Y, Don't let Cinccino's 470 base stat total fool you. Technician is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as a pivot. Bullet Seed with Choice Band is the standard set.
In X & Y, watch for Lucario (Fighting) when using Cinccino. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Cinccino's base 115 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
In X & Y, Run Technician on Cinccino. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Cinccino also gets Cute Charm and Skill Link, but they don't compare.
In X & Y, Cinccino fills the pivot role. It's a physical attacker with base 95 Attack. Base 115 Speed lets it outrun most of the field.
For X & Y, Cinccino has answers, but so do you. Super-effective STAB from faster Pokemon is the simplest answer. Fighting-type attackers hit hardest.
Game Availability
