How to Get Bibarel in Black 2 & White 2

Bibarel isn't available in the wild in Black 2 & White 2. Start by transferring Bidoof from Diamond, Platinum, or HeartGold. The evolution path from Bidoof to Bibarel is covered in the steps below.

How to Obtain Bibarel in Black 2 & White 2

Bibarel Guide

  • In Black 2 & White 2, Bibarel's biggest threats include Jolteon (Electric), Exeggutor (Grass), and Blaziken (Fighting), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.

  • In Black 2 & White 2, Bidoof evolves into Bibarel at level 15. Bibarel is the fully evolved form. It sits at 410 BST in its evolved form.

  • In Black 2 & White 2, Bibarel can work for a story run. 410 BST is average, but Normal/Water typing fills a niche depending on your team composition.

  • In Black 2 & White 2, Unaware changes the entire equation for Bibarel. The 410 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked D-Tier.

  • Unaware is what you want on Bibarel. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Simple, Moody) work on paper but Unaware is what makes Bibarel worth using.

Game Availability

Available in 11 titles since its debut in Diamond & Pearl, Bibarel spans 7 generations of Pokemon games. It's accessible through wild encounters in a solid number of games.
