In X & Y, yes. Mega Absol is the evolved form, sitting at 565 BST. Big power spike over base Absol (465). Equip the Mega Stone and it transforms in battle.
Pressure increases the PP cost of moves targetting the Pokémon by one. That's the one you want on Absol. Justified is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Super Luck works too if your team needs something different.
Absol is a physical attacker with base 130 Attack. Speed tells the real story. Base 75 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. Fits the cannon role.
