WW Toxapex Best Moveset
AbilityRegenerator heals a third of HP on every switch, and MoveToxic Spikes plus MoveRecover make Toxapex one of the most frustrating tank options to break. Two generations at the top before dropping to mid-tier. This moveset runs Held ItemLeftovers with NatureBold and Poison/Water support moves, stalling opponents out through passive damage.

Base Stats
Defense leads and Speed gets almost nothing. That's Toxapex's stat line in a nutshell. 2 stats sit in respectable range, but the spread is brutal. Moderately hard to find and yields 2 Defense EVs.
Toxapex Winds & Waves Guide
In Winds & Waves, Regenerator changes the entire equation for Toxapex. The 495 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier. Recover with Leftovers is the standard set.
Regenerator is what you want on Toxapex. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Merciless, Limber) work on paper but Regenerator is what makes Toxapex worth using.
Base 35 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Toxapex is leaning toward the physical side (base 63 Attack). Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
For Winds & Waves, the core moveset is Recover, Toxic, Haze, and Banefulbunker. Recover leads at 0% usage. This set covers the balanced role with a mix of damage and utility.
