Tapu Koko is a static encounter at Alola Ruins Of Conflict in Sun & Moon. Tapu Koko appears at level 60. Prerequisite: After beating Elite Four. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
Electric Surge when this Pokémon enters battle, it changes the terrain to Electric Terrain. That's the one you want on Tapu Koko. Telepathy is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
