Snover Evolutions
Snover evolves into Abomasnow. It's a two-stage chain with the method shown below. A decent partner pool for breeding via two egg groups. Eggs are average hatch time. The evolved forms gain up to 160 total stats over Snover. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
Breeding
Breed Snover easily with 50 breeding partners from the Plant and Monster egg groups. Pass egg moves like Double-Edge, Growth, Leech Seed and 2 more to offspring.
SwSh Snover Best Moveset
The only automatic hail setter in the game. AbilitySnow Warning puts hail on the field at entry, but Grass/Ice typing adds seven weaknesses including 4x Fire. 62 in both offenses at 40 Speed makes the moveset non-functional. Abomasnow takes the same ability with better numbers.

You'll want to breed for Double-Edge and Growth on Snover. These egg moves aren't just nice to have. Combined with STAB from Wood Hammer and Solar Beam, they expand what Snover can actually threaten in practice.

It lives on snowy mountains. It sinks its legs into the snow to absorb water and keep its own temperature down.
The berries that grow around its belly are like ice pops. Galarian Darumaka absolutely love these berries.
Snover Sword & Shield Guide
In Sword & Shield, Snover does the job early-game if you need a Grass/Ice type on your team. Evolve it into Abomasnow before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
