Poison/Normal TermStab at 65 Attack fires on 75 Speed cooldowns with low damage. 40/35/35 bulk doesn't hold under pressure. The moveset functions as a quick but harmless pre-evolution. Grafaiai's 95 Attack at 110 Speed is one evolution ahead.
