
Is Rowlet Good in Legends: Arceus Playthrough?
The third starter from Professor Laventon. Rowlet is Grass/Flying and evolves into Hisuian Decidueye, which swaps Flying for Fighting. Grass is useful from the start against Rock and Water encounters in the first region.
How to Get Rowlet in Legends: Arceus
Rowlet appears at decent spawn rates across 2 spots in early-game routes. Sort by Best below if you want the highest rate, or Earliest if you want the quickest access point in your playthrough.
Rowlet Weakness
Type-wise, Rowlet takes extra damage from Ice, Fire, Poison, Flying, and Rock. Watch out for Ice attacks, those deal 4x damage. Ground moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity.

Rowlet Evolutions
Rowlet kicks off a three-stage evolution line through Dartrix all the way to Decidueye. For breeding, quick to hatch with a decent partner pool via one egg group. Evolving adds up to 210 stat points total. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
PLA Rowlet Best Moveset
Grass/Flying at 55 Attack and 42 Speed. The moveset can't compete at starter pre-evo stats. Evolve through to Hisuian Decidueye for Grass/Fighting TermStab at 112 Attack and the defensive profile that absorbs physical hits.

In Legends: Arceus, For a casual playthrough, Rowlet works as a placeholder. Grass/Flying coverage is useful early. The real payoff is Dartrix. That's where the stats start mattering.
