How to Evolve
PLA Ralts Best Moveset
Psychic/Fairy at 45 Sp. Atk and 40 Speed. The moveset can't compete at pre-evo stats. Evolve through Kirlia to Gardevoir (125 Sp. Atk) or Gallade (125 Attack) for the offensive power that makes dual TermStab worth using.

Moves List
A solid spread overall. Ralts gets Psychic and Dazzling Gleam for same-type damage alongside Electric and Fire coverage and more. It won't blow anyone away, but it doesn't leave you stuck either.

For Legends: Arceus, you can run Ralts through the first few routes without issues. 198 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Kirlia as fast as you can.
