Lilligant doesn't evolve through normal leveling. You'll need an evolution item to get here from Petilil's line. Breed this form to get Petilil eggs (average hatch time). Hisuian Lilligant shifts to Grass/Fighting at 105 Attack and 105 Speed, replacing the standard form's special focus with physical offense. Agile Style at 105 Speed secures double turns. The moveset runs physical dual TermStab that covers Normal, Rock, Steel, Ice, and Dark super-effectively.

Lilligant Legends: Arceus Guide
In Legends: Arceus, Don't let Lilligant's 480 base stat total fool you. Chlorophyll is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as an attacker. Petaldance with Miracleseed is the standard set.
In Legends: Arceus, Run Chlorophyll on Lilligant. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Lilligant also gets Own Tempo and Leaf Guard, but they don't compare.
In Legends: Arceus, Lilligant fills the attacker role. It's a special attacker with base 110 Sp. Atk. Base 90 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
In Legends: Arceus, run Petaldance, Energy Ball, Pollenpuff, and Leech Seed on Lilligant. Petaldance is the most common pick at 0% usage. This set covers the attacker role with a mix of damage and utility.
