Aromatisse Evolutions
Aromatisse evolved from Spritzee's chain using a trade. It's a non-standard trigger, so check the details below. Breed this form to get Spritzee eggs (average hatch time). Aromatisse Legends: Z-A Guide
In Legends: Z-A, Aromatisse works as a support with 462 BST behind it. C-Tier on our list: a niche pick in Legends: Z-A's meta. Drainingkiss with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Legends: Z-A, watch for Roserade (Poison) and Scizor (Steel) when using Aromatisse. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 2 weaknesses means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. At base 29 Speed, Aromatisse won't outrun any of these threats so switching to a resist is usually the safer play.
No. Aromatisse is not catchable in the wild. It only comes from trade-evolving Spritzee. Trade needs a Game Boy Advance link cable and a second GBA running another Gen 3 game (FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald). Trade Spritzee to a friend, then have them trade it back. The 2026 Switch re-release supports the same trade through local wireless on the Pokemon Center 2F Wireless Club, with no cables required. The Sachet must be held during the trade. Bring one over from a sibling Gen 3 game if needed.
Healer has a 30% chance of curing each adjacent ally of any major status ailment after each turn. That's the one you want on Aromatisse. Aroma Veil is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Aromatisse is a special attacker with base 99 Sp. Atk. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 29 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. Fits the support role.
