Stats & Training
The stat line revolves around Attack. Percentage recovery gets extra mileage here. Sp. Atk backs it up, though Speed doesn't pull its weight. Worth 2 Attack and Sp. Atk EVs on a slow 1.25M XP grind to max out.
The black orbs shine with an uncanny light when the Pokémon is erecting invisible barriers. The fur shed from its beard retains heat well and is a highly useful material for winter clothing.
Wyrdeer Weakness
Wyrdeer's Normal/Psychic typing leaves it vulnerable to Bug and Dark. It shrugs off Ghost-type attacks completely. Sap Sipper grants an additional Grass immunity, reshaping the matchup chart. With 103 HP and balanced defenses, Wyrdeer can afford to eat a neutral hit or two.

Wyrdeer Guide
In Scarlet & Violet, Wyrdeer looks average on paper at 525 BST. But Intimidate is why it sees play. Build around that and it pulls its weight. C-Tier attacker on our tier list. Terablast with Grassyseed is the standard set.
Wyrdeer gets Intimidate, Frisk, and Sap Sipper. But Intimidate is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
Wyrdeer is a mixed attacker with base 105 Attack and 105 Sp. Atk. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. Fits the attacker role.
In Scarlet & Violet, run Terablast, Storedpower, Calm Mind, and Agility on Wyrdeer. Terablast is the most common pick at 12% usage. Agility lets it set up before sweeping.
