Stats & Training
The stat budget goes to damage. Attack and Speed carry the offense, Sp. Atk doesn't even come close. A Parrot Pokemon on a standard growth curve, worth 1 Attack EV per KO.
Squawkabilly Weakness
Squawkabilly's Normal/Flying typing leaves it vulnerable to Electric, Ice, and Rock. It shrugs off Ground and Ghost-type attacks completely. Squawkabilly leans offensive (base 96 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.

Squawkabilly Guide
For Legends: Z-A, it depends on your team. Squawkabilly at 417 BST isn't a powerhouse, but the Normal/Flying coverage might be exactly what you're missing.
In Legends: Z-A, Intimidate changes the entire equation for Squawkabilly. The 417 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as a pivot. Parting Shot with Choice Scarf is the standard set.
Intimidate is what you want on Squawkabilly. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Hustle, Guts) work on paper but Intimidate is what makes Squawkabilly worth using.
Squawkabilly's best stat is Attack at base 96. Normal/Flying gives decent defensive coverage with 4 resistances.
Game Availability
Squawkabilly joined the series in Scarlet & Violet and has been available in 2 titles so far. With 2 generations of appearances, it's established itself despite the later start.
