Get Mareanie to Toxapex at level 38. At 305 BST, Mareanie is just the starting point.
Level 38 gets you Toxapex. Not the fastest evolution, so consider Exp. Share or route grinding to speed it up.
In Scarlet & Violet, Mareanie does the job early-game if you need a Poison/Water type on your team. Evolve it into Toxapex before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
