Stats & Training
Crustle's all-in on Defense at the expense of Speed. The physical lean is obvious from the bars. Yields 2 Defense EVs and follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
Competing for territory, Crustle fight viciously. The one whose boulder is broken is the loser of the battle.
It possesses legs of enormous strength, enabling it to carry heavy slabs for many days, even when crossing arid land.
Crustle Weakness
Type-wise, Crustle takes extra damage from Water, Rock, and Steel. Crustle's physical bulk (base 125 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Water, Rock, Steel |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Normal, Poison |
- Fairy type does not exist — Dragon has fewer checks
- Physical / Special split now per-move (introduced Gen IV)

Crustle Guide
In Black & White, Crustle has a 475 base stat total and ranks as C-Tier: a niche pick in Black & White's meta. It works best as a hazard setter. Xscissor with Custapberry is the standard set.
