Pachirisu Sun & Moon Guide
In Sun & Moon, watch for Rhydon (Ground) when using Pachirisu. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
For Sun & Moon, it depends on your team. Pachirisu at 405 BST isn't a powerhouse, but the Electric coverage might be exactly what you're missing.
In Sun & Moon, Don't let Pachirisu's 405 base stat total fool you. Volt Absorb is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as a pivot. Volt Switch with Air Balloon is the standard set.
In Sun & Moon, Run Volt Absorb on Pachirisu. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Pachirisu also gets Run Away and Pickup, but they don't compare.
In Sun & Moon, Pachirisu's hidden ability is Volt Absorb. Absorbs electric moves, healing for 1/4 max HP. Better than the standard options for competitive play.
Game Availability
