Exeggcute shows up in the Isle of Armor DLC. Grass/Psychic is a type combo the base Galar roster mostly lacks, but by the time you access the DLC, the main story is done. On a replay, it handles Nessa and Bea (Sword) decently enough before evolving.

Exeggcute appears at high spawn rates across 60 spots in late-game routes. Sort by Best below if you want the highest rate, or Earliest if you want the quickest access point in your playthrough.
Where To Catch Exeggcute in SwSh
Exeggcute is your first catch on the way to Exeggcute. You'll find walking encounters from Lv. 40-48 across 60 total spots in the chain.
Type-wise, Exeggcute takes extra damage from Bug, Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying, Ghost, and Dark. Watch out for Bug attacks, those deal 4x damage. 6 resistances give it solid defensive coverage on top of that. Exeggcute's physical bulk (base 80 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.
In Sword & Shield, Scizor's Knock Off hits Exeggcute for 61-71%. Blaziken threatens a KO with Flare Blitz (158-186%). Kyurem's Ice Beam also KOs at 215-253%.
Evolving Exeggcute into Exeggutor takes an evolution item. It's not a simple level-up, so check the chain details below. Evolving adds up to 205 stat points total. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
Grass/Psychic typing with AbilityChlorophyll hidden for sun teams, but 60 Sp. Atk at this stage can't threaten anything meaningful. The moveset is a placeholder until Exeggutor's 125 Sp. Atk puts the same sun-boosted Speed to real use.
Breeding's the move. Ancient Power and Block give Exeggcute options it can't learn any other way, and Normal and Poison coverage and more already covers a decent range on top of Leaf Storm and Solar Beam. The egg moves push it further.
