To begin, when you think about purchasing a Playstation 5, you will have two choices. The first option is the Standard Edition (With Blu-ray Disc Drive), and the other alternative will be the Digital Edition (Without Blue-ray Disc Drive).
Depending on which one you choose, there will also be a price difference between the Standard and Digital Edition PS5.
- Standard Edition – $499 (Recommended for those who purchase physical copies of games)
- Digital Edition – $399 (Recommended for those who buy their PS5 Games online via the Playstation Store)
